It’s summertime…

…finally!

And the al fresco sessions are well underway.

Me and the Box have been outside since the end of April - it’s been so good to be back in person but it’s not been without it’s challenges.

Rain, a bit more rain - oh, and then some hail.

Muddy cushions, ruined props and - worst of all - soggy cake!

Yep, the wettest May ever didn’t always it make plain sailing - but I only had to call off one session after we all got hailed upon with great force whilst sheltering under the huge trees of Lloyd Park. Other sessions have been damp, even pretty wet, but everyone carried on with great enthusiasm. Kids don’t care much about the weather if they’re enjoying themselves - so a huge thanks to their big people for sticking it out!

Long may the sun stay, now it’s here - and we’ll replace umbrellas and waterproofs with suncream and sunhats.
